COMMENT: Solar flaring activity is increasing slightly, but remaining
at C-flaring level. NOAA Active region 11393, turning off the west limb,
is the most active one currently and is growing still.
Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet and are expected to remain so
for the next 48 hours.
