COMMENT: Flaring activity is low. There is only a small chance for
C-flares. The shock preceding the CME that left the sun on Feb 24,
arrived on Sunday Feb 26, 21 UT. The ACE spacecraft went through the
cloud late on Feb 27. At the moment, the geomagnetic conditions are
quiet to unsettled. The proton flux has normalised.
