# FAST WARNING 'PRESTO' MESSAGE  from the SIDC (RWC-Belgium)         #

Two M flares occurred within one hour today, an M1.3 (1655 UT peak
time) and a M5.7 flare (1732 UT peak time). The first event took place
in NOAA AR 1731, while the second one occurred on the East limb, in the
returning NOAA AR 1725. Coronagraphic observations covering the time of
these events are not yet available, but EUV images at 193 (SDO/AIA) hint
at a CME for the M5.7 flare, with no geoeffective effect foreseen.
