Registation fees
Registration fees for the conference are of 200€ (200 euros).
The registration includes: a welcome reception on June 14th evening, coffee breaks, conference dinner, social activity as well as the proceedings related to the meeting.
Deadlines
Deadline for registration and abstract submission: May 10th 2010
Deadline for requesting financial support (in that case, please register and submit your abstract by that date): March 30th 2010
Financial support
Limited amount of financial support is available to help young scientists (students and postdocs up to 6 years after PhD) to attend the meeting.
We have also limited resources to support participants without age restriction.
If you request financial support, please send an email to: cesra2010@oma.be with subject: Financial support. Mention briefly your current research interests, your affiliation and the date of your PhD defense (if applicable). In addition, please include a copy of the abstract that you submitted.

How to pay
Registration to the conference will be effective once we received your payment. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the following bank account. Please note that any transfer fee should be paid by you.
